COOLANT HOSES:

Worm Gear or Constant torque type stainless steel clamps with inner liner are recommended for Silicone Heater & Coolant Hose.

Initial torque should be 40 in-lbs.

If re-torquing is required, it should be limited to 20 in-lbs. (Do not use serrated, slotted or wire type clamps.)

TURBO CAC HOSES:

Use Only T-Bolt Clamps. Constant torque T-Bolt Style may help to retain clamp load.

Torque to 70 -75 in-lbs.
